Atabayev, chairman of the Tortkol district court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, for his unfair, arbitrary, confusing, and incomprehensible decision against teacher-blogger Zafar Atakhanov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the Supreme Council of Judges of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced that the service review of Judge S.
