In the court decision that came to me today, the judge of the Chirchik court, Ravshanov, imposed a fine on Abdukarim Mannonov, who passed away 4 years ago, without questioning him and imposed obligations on him.

I said that this happened in August of this year, let it stay in the old year. But every time we write about melons, the thinking leaders of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Council of Judges frown – the problem will not be solved positively.
